3. User Conduct & Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

Prohibited behaviour includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website

  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without permission
  • Uploading viruses or malware

4. Ticket Sales & Mailing List Signup

Mailing List: By joining the mailing list for ticket news, you consent to receive email communications from Clee Country Festival about event updates, ticket information, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Prize Draw: Signup includes automatic entry into a prize draw to win one of four pairs of adult weekend tickets. Full terms of the draw are available upon request. Winners are selected by random draw and notified via email one week before tickets go on general sale; four different winners will each receive one pair.

Ticketing: Tickets are sold via our third-party ticketing provider Ticket Tailor. By purchasing a ticket you agree to Ticket Tailor's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets (When Available): When ticket sales commence, any purchase will be governed by:

  • Festival ticket terms of sale (to be published)
  • All applicable UK consumer protection law
  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

You acknowledge that festivals are date-specific events and the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers.

Event Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure

While we use reasonable endeavours to present the event as advertised, Clee Country Ltd may, without liability (other than as specifically set out in these Terms), postpone, cancel, change the running order, or substitute artists where necessary. Such changes may arise because of artist illness, travel disruption, venue or licensing issues, public health requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action, pandemics or epidemics, fire, flood, storms, governmental actions, failure of suppliers or utilities, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to Force Majeure, we will follow the procedure published by the organisers and the ticketing provider. Refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with the published ticketing terms and applicable law. Except where required by law, we are not obliged to offer refunds for changes in the line-up or change of date where tickets remain valid for a rescheduled event.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Clee Country Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses (including travel and accommodation costs) caused by or resulting from an event being postponed, cancelled or altered due to Force Majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ticket Transfer & Resale

Tickets are a licence to attend the event and remain the property of the organisers. Tickets may only be transferred or resold in accordance with the ticketing provider's terms and any rules published by Clee Country Ltd. The resale of tickets above face value (scalping) or via unauthorised platforms may invalidate the ticket and admission may be refused. The Company is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers.

Accessibility & Special Requirements

We aim to make our events accessible to as many people as possible. If you have special requirements (for example access needs or mobility assistance), please contact us or the ticketing provider in advance so we can try to make reasonable adjustments. Information on how to request assistance will be provided when tickets go on sale.
